I will not let you down. I promise, I'll be different. Trust in me because I will give everything for you. My being is yours and to the heavens I proclaim it so. Forever shall I rest in the unsettling unknown before I forsake you. I am transforming for you. Into what I would be. Into what I am.
Written for a school assignment. We were to continue the main story however we please.
I added two additional chapters, 27 and 28, continuing the story from Holden's perspective.

What I wanted to portray when I wrote this short story, was what I felt when I saw Tarantino movies like Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction. Packed with suspense, this story is about four friends, who's relation is strained, it takes place in a fictional city where crime is an everyday thing.

A story about how Holden, from the novel The Catcher in the Rye by J. D. Salinger is packed off to yet another school. Will he fit in this time, or will he find himself among more phonies?
The ball drop is a big event. for boys it means being a man. But for new york, and this story in general, it means forgetting our failures and look for a better tomorrow. But is this all that desirable? on er first trip to new york our protagonist will see the deeper secrets of new york.

What happens when an ancient prototype Dreamcatcher gets filled up? It bursts, taking the dreamer to an alternate world where nightmares are the order of the day.
"The Killing of John Lennon" inspired me to write this poem. An imaginary letter to Mark David Chapman. Chapman's favorite book "The Catcher In The Rye" fueled him to kill Lennon. John Lennon RIP.
