What does a person feel when they give up on life? Perhaps this poem will shed some light.
My chains don't hold me back, they hold me in.
I knew a few things already.
I was different here, even for a human.
It was either save them, or be killed.
This wasn't going to be easy, and here I just wanted to get off that train, go home, and sleep an entire day. So much for that.
