Harper's sister has just left for college, making her last year of high school extra challenging. As she tries to keep up with college applications and homework, she finds herself wandering down a dark path. Hopefully she doesn't spiral too far, or nothing can save her
she embarked upon a journey that began so lonesome and blue
tears of pain she shed
a desperate cry for help but who knew
moments of silence she shared with the shadows of the moon
pleading to the universe to stop the pain she once knew
memories of abandonment, and promises always broken
Having to let go of my wife of 22 years unwillingly and seeing her out in public
