A stranger has arrived on the island and claims to be a Christian and a doctor. Emrarie is the only one who speaks English and can speak to the gentleman. His ideas are a little different than the islanders' beliefs, but maybe he is not all bad.

For anyone who has read or is familiar with Shakespeare's Hamlet, this is a soliloquy I thought up for the character of Horatio. The poor man is torn and worried about his friend. (I decided to give writing in Shakespearean a shot).
This is an altered English version of a German tongue-twister story called RhabarberBarbara (or Rhubarb Barbara), with a couple of my own additions that would not work in German.
