A family living in the middle of a brutal war. I had to makes this poem out of a list of words I was given my a teacher. I kept the words in the order she gave them to me, and I just added my own words between them.
My dream,mad a writer and a night owl, put into poetry.
When God moves in our lives we need to be ready to "go, stand, and speak" on his behalf, giving testimony to what He has done.
I was inspired to write this poem, as of late, by my experiences with mental illness. Nowadays, it seems as if I can never escape. Anyhow, I would love any comments or critiques. Thanks.
