My grandmother has Alzheimer's, it's such a horrible illness that many people aren't aware of. My nan taught me how to bake and how to knit, she is my everything. So I wrote this poem, to make people more aware of what the illness is like. I hope this reaches out to others as well.

A great uncle of mine died on the Western Front from battle wounds received at Arras and during WW2 another great uncle remarked on the poppies again at Arras.The spirits of our dead kin have come up to greet us he said.
