when you are gone you somehow make me feel so small
Every single time I write a letter, I scorn myself for even thinking about him. I force myself to remember the pain he caused me. He would never read the letters anyway. So then why did I continue to write them and send them? I don't know, I think it was part of the healing process. Letting out...
I wrote this in a transition period after a harsh break up with my first boyfriend, someone I thought i would always be with because our connection was so strong. My heart was and is still a little broken. This is my grief and my recovery in a nut shell.
