A Sonnet inspired by the Song Trilogy
Saw on a site there was a challenge out requiring writing about the darkness of light. Intrigued, I attempted the challenge. The result is posted below. A poor thing, but mine own, as I believe someone once said somewhere at some time.
In a world where there lived 2 sister queens: one dark and one light. The queen of light was gentle, beautiful, white, and pure. The queen of darkness was cruel, wicked, and dark. The one who everyone admires and exceeds everything was the queen of light. The queen of darkness was very bitter...
