If you didn't read the original, good luck understanding this prequel. I guess it's not totally incomprehensible without it, but still.
This is like the only thing I've written that I will openly say is actually kind of decent. Depends on your standards May warrant two readings.
I hate this story. The only part of it that I can bear to read is the gratuitous prose at the end. I am posting it though, because its prequel is far better... but you would need to read this first to really understand it... so I kind of screwed myself over by doing that...
