An early attempt at heroic verse. It wasn't until after completion that I realised I'd written in tetrameter instead of pentameter, but I feel that trying to change this would probably ruin what I like about this poem. Any suggestions for a better title would be very much appreciated.
It all began in a moment
A turning sea of quantum foam
Particles fill the void
Three hundred thousand years in a moment
And radiation fills the night
Seven hundred million years in a moment
And galaxies of stars illuminate the night
Ten billion years in a moment
And planets full of life flourish...
