This is something I wrote late one night. My 2 year old was pushing her limits. Fighting bed time with everything in her. I was getting frustrated, and then this poem came out.
"I can feel my heart in my stomach and I don't think right now is a good time to puke it up." - I'm not good with social situations or conversations or people, anxiety doesn't have time for it.
No time for relationships or best friends, anxiety just has time for worry.
