My boyfriend was killed in a car accident some years ago. This deeply impacted my life and opened my heart and mind to life's realities. This poem reflects how I feel. I hope you enjoy reading it. All comments welcome :)
Great thing about break ups is that they serve for good inspiration. Tell me what you think! :)

A letter I wrote to myself two and a half years ago. I've kept it because I thought it would make a good prose piece one day.

Poem for a sort of friend. Just wanted him to know I was there for him, though I don't think he ever read it.

I just was listening to some music and I really love this song. I got this idea from an absolutely amazing writer - Phoebe Gardens. This short story is based on the song called Mine- By Taylor Swift. Her new single.. I really hope you guys like it, please PLEASE let me know :)
Immediately after i wrote 'Hurt (part 1), God inspired me to write this other poem in response to it. I've used it as a ministry tool to minister to the ladies around me. i've replaced my name with 'daughter' instead.

I have been on a spiritual journey all of my life. This is a small slice of the growth, joy and pain God has allowed me to have - always reminding me I am still His.

Confusion is love is common, to feel elation and fear in one breath taken, I thought I was alone in the internal contradiction, but I was wrong. We have all fallen in love, and we have all been confused by the overhwelming churning of those waters around our hearts.
Sometimes we all just need a little reassurance. Right now, this is one of those times.
