I wrote this poem last year and now think its a good time to post it. Besides no need for it to be taking up extra space in my phone anyway. This poem is another one added to the series College Point of View
I have not yet titled this Novel, but it will be about a girl who is searching for love in order to reinvent herself after a difficult year of love before. In college, she must struggle to remove herself from the hookup culture in order to satisfy herself and find what she truly desires.
This is a poem I've been playing with all morning...I may go back to edit it eventually as I'm not sure if it's quite where I want it, but I'll post what I have as I know myself and odds are I'll never change it
It's short and sweet. Not one of my favorites but still. It doesn't rhyme either. I never rhyme. Sorry.
