Cody, esteemed swimmer and partial to his lady in blue, is in for a rude awakening by the clock, a scorned mistress.
I wrote this poem while contemplating the fleeting nature of life. Life goes by and we cannot stop it; time ticks away and we cannot take it back.
A very short story for the season.
If you wake in the middle of the night, and find someone lurking around your house, What would you do?
