Here is a short poem on life.
"My Tracks" was a piece of poetry that I composed to accompany a picture I took of a train moving along train tracks. The poem holds a story of a young child who contemplates leaving the difficulties of life for a life riding the tracks or staying to keep his loved ones from distress.

I'm always amazed at how alone I can feel in a crowd of strangers. I thought of the singer Prince when I wrote this for some reason.
She then had me for helping her. For a moment she was absorbed in contemplating me, she appreciated my height, my long hair and she was curious where a young girl like me, was going alone.
