This is basically about the pains of unrequited love
This is another old poem, but not as old as "Do You See Me? (For Zach)." I wrote it after failing an audition. We wanted some student directors and I had to get up and direct one song. I was doing just fine looking at the music, but then I got too confident and looked up into the seats. You can...

My poem is about being deeply in love with sombody who is in love with somebody else.
About a boy who falls in love with a girl but she loves someone else.
About a girl who falls in love with her friend> But that friend doesn't know it.

Written for the truth, and i can do that by poetry.
This poem expresses how much I love a girl, but she cannot love me back & there are various reasons for that. I don't even expect her to love me. This poem just deals with the emotions relating to that.
