Final Poem in the Arise My Love series
A poem I wrote a while ago. It can be pretty much about facing anything but to me personally, it's about fighting OCD and all the stress, depression, and panic attacks it gives you.
It is a ballade with a twist... added stanza, changed last line on only the last stanza... but I like it better...
Wrote this back in 2007 and it was the winning short story in a science competition. It's also one of the most risky - in terms of its ideas - stories I've ever written.
