I wrote this today at a writing conference during a poetry workshop. I only had ten minutes, so sorry if it isn't my best. It's just a cute little family reunion poem that involves a guy from the military. The seventh grade English teacher liked it, so here I am sharing it. Enjoy!

I was going through my journal, I came across a poem I had written months ago. Partially written, so I read it I just started to write. This is what I came of with. I didn't have a chance to think, about what I was going to write. It was like my fingers just kept moving.
