The Meaning of Color in Poetry - Do you see the effect of color? How would the meaning...

My writing explores my love affair with words.  I seek to find meaning in the nuance of sound within words reflected against the silence that surrounds them.

I apologize that some of my poems will necessarily lose something in the translation process to the Booksie format.  The actual placement/positioning of words on a page has meaning to me and Booksie is limited in that regard.  Hence, poems like "Love's Moment" and "Along The Way" lose something in their "marginalization" by the Booksie format.

Writing is like oxygen to me.  To write is to live.  My writing is a living thing to me.  Nothing is ever finished as it is always in process.  Hence, I invite criticism of all kinds knowing that the sting of your arguements will lead to new growth.  I hope to hear from you.

I've converted "My News" section into a collection of odd and ends that have shaped my writing.  I share these insights with you that you might find some inspiration for refining your own writing.

My links section connects to other Booksie writers whose work taught me to look at my craft in a new way.  I highlight them that you might consider adding some new tools to your writing toolbox.
