Hey, I'm Jo, I'm from England and I've been writing stories on my laptop for years now. I've got more than 30 but I've kind of abandoned most of them without bothering to delete them. I love writing, but I'm too shy to show any of my work to my friends so I decided to post it on here for you guys to read and hopefully provide some constructive criticism (but please don't be too mean).

I mainly read fantasy, so that's what I write, and most of my books are from a teenage and generally a female perspective because that's the viewpoint I find it easiest to write from because, funnily enough, I am a teenage girl. Some of my stories are set in the real world (some of them happen partly in the USA and I've probably made a bajillion mistakes about that because I've never actually been there but New York seemed like a cool place for my characters to go so please don't get mad at me if I got something wrong, just let me know and I'll change it :D ) and some of them are set in worlds I've made up myself.

I don't really write in chapters, so I'll just post whenever I write a big chunk. I'm always going back, rereading my work and changing it so if something changes it's because I've probably changed it in the chapters before so please don't get confused.

Basically, if you have anything you wanna say about my writing please let me know because I'm always looking to improve it and I know I've made a bunch of mistakes, I don't mind constructive criticism but don't just say it's crap, let me know why you think it's crap and I'll work on it.

Hope you guys all like my work, and I look forward to reading yours :) I am open to reading requests, and always happy to comment some feedback as long as you can return the favour, but I have two rules:

1. It must be reasonably well written in terms of spelling and grammar - if something isn't actually in English because your spelling is so bad, then I will not read it, because it will make me want to cry

2. No poetry please - I'm doing my Enlish Literature GCSE at the moment so I have had enough of poems at school, and to be quite honest I'm not particularly fond of them
