The dogs snarled at my feet, snapping their sharpened fangs just centimetres away, their red eyes stark in the night sky.
Who even invented Genetically Engineered dogs? Of course it was Secrecy, the messed up bastards.

The siren's from the Church's gates blared in my easrs still, screaming for the Raptors to come and get me.

Fucking great. I'd only missed the curfew by minutes, you'd have thought that'd I'd broken a boundary or something. Jeesh.

Flashlights impared my sight, the rays shining through the gaps in my fingers.

"You are under arrest. do not resist. Do NOT resist."

I scowled as the Raptors bound my hands with the electric cuffs. The cuffs were invented to be rechargeable (to make the world think that Secrecy cared about the enviroment), painful restictors. Two streams of electric wound together to hold you in place.

"Kendra. Astrid Kendra." the Raptor toyed with his log book and looked seriously at me.

"You have broken curfew by 0:03 minutes. You will be tried amungst the court."

"Fuck will I be tried for that!" No one had ever been tried for breaking curfew, in the history of the world. If this was going to court, that meant I'd be PROPERLY punished.

A Raptor came over to me, a huge grin on his face. "The Institue is never too full." My spine shivered at the very word 'Institute'.

I'd sooner die than go there.

I WOULD die if I went there.
