Meanwhile on the other side of the city in a brightly lit room with heavy red curtains a young, dark haired girl sat strapped to a chair giggling seductively. She had a blindfold on and she was breathing nervously with anticipation until she felt the writer's face come close to hers brushing his stubble next to her cheek. Then he kissed her cheek blowing warm air down her neck.
"Remember, this is our little secret" he whispered biting her ear lightly.
Andrew Heartstone stepped back smiling admiring the beauty before him as he picked up a remote and turned on some music nodding along as he turned up the volume. He chuckled "I like to listen to music when I do it"
She giggled. "Me too baby"
Heartstone breathed in the ecstacy, savouring the moment as lightly limbered up picking up a baseball bat and then swinging it across her head, killed her instantly. There was silence as he let the bloodied bat fall to his side and sighed with contentment like the first morsel of food when you've been starving.
The door clicked and his agent Miranda Hill peeked her head through the door. "You done then?"
Heartstone smirked. "Yeh, see if you can get one from the harbour this time, one of those dumb working-girl chicks"
Miranda groaned and began to drag the body away only making it to the hallways before she noticed a sharp rise in the victim's chest. She opened her mouth stunned only to recieve a kick square in the jaw. The victim leaped up and made for the exit just down the hallways. She sprinted down the hallway at an impressive speed until she stopped dead with a massive thud. She hit the glass door head first but rather than going through she merely bounced off it and fell backwards cracking open her skull on the laminate floor.
There was silence as Heartwood walked up beside Miranda smoking a cigarette; he always did after killing.
Miranda slapped his arm in irratation. "You asshole! You said she was dead!"
Heartstone chuckled trying to block her flurry of attacks. "Hey hey!" he protested. "I'm not a doctor, she wasn't talking, which trust me, she did alot of, especially when WE were busy, if you know what I mean" he winked.
"Eugh" Miranda groaned. "I don't want to know what weird things you get up to"
Heartstone breathed in a long drag of smoke and pointed at the body. "You should probably get rid of that"
Miranda sighed walking over and grabbing the body but its arms. "Stephen King didn't make me put up with this shit"
Heartstone smirked and poured himself a glass of white wine smelling the bottle before pooring a glass. x
