CHAPTER 66

Tierra got up the next morning noticing the crack of the morning sun through the Windows.

The light beamed on Tierras face and it felt invigorating. Solomon knocked on the door and brought Tierras breakfast in and undid her handcuffs "The boss wants to talk to you tater'. Tierra was intrigued as she munched on her toast. Solomon looked to her "Don't try anything". Solomon removed her leg cuffs. The aching went away and Tierra was glad to have use of her limbs. Solomon left and Tierra was curious as to what Ethan wanted.

Xavier awoke from his sleep on the hard mattress and it was nowhere near as comfortable as his mattress in the Liverpool hotel. Armando knocked on the door not sure if his son was awake. Xavier opened the door. Armando's was smiling "Follow me" and offered Xavier a croissant. Xavier took the croissant and followed his father into an elevator that descended deeper into the bunker. Xavier was intrigued as to where they were going. The door opened and Xavier a large silver metallic cylinder in front of him. Xavier recognised it as a smaller version of the Casimir Reactor. Armando turned to his son "You are looking at Casimir 2. Smaller and more powerful. We are dose to make it fully operational within months". Xavier walked over to the reactor and was in awe of it and was indeed far more impressive than the reactor than on the Isle of Man. Xavier sat at his fathers Computer looking at the numbers and spotted the gap in his fathers maths. Xavier turned to his father not saying anything but Armando knew. Armando said "We've got it working for 5 minutes before the power goes out we lack the formula to keep it going and you have that knowledge that will make this work". Xavier was unsure of whether he wanted to help his father and knew he had a mission to complete in bringing Ethan down. Xavier look to his father.

Solomon took away Tierras breakfast. Solomon craved her body and enjoyed looking but had been warned by Ethan to leave her alone. Solomon looked to Tierra "The boss wants to see you. Follow me". Tierra was intrigued and followed Solomon down the hallway and into Ethan's Office.

Ethan sat with Ava and looked to Tierra. Tierra looked at him the sight made her feel

disgusted and didn't want to be near him. Ethan looked at Tierra. Ava got up and offered

Tierra a seat. Tierra sat curious as to why she was called. Ava smiled as Ethan said "l feel I owe you. Your father meant a lot to this group. He was huge player in this Organisation.

Without we wouldn't be where we are today". Tierra sat her eyes locked on Ethan. Ethan

looked at Tierra necklace. Tierra sensed it and clutched the necklace. Ethan continued "That necklace means your apart of this group. It was always your fathers hope that someday you would Join him and take your place with us. l am wiling to let everything go, i have no desire to harm you. What l want to do is offer you a place within the group. Consider if you will compensation for your fathers loss". Tierra felt disgusted with the offer and bitterly hated Ethan now more than ever. Tierra looked to Ava and wondered if she was being played like a toy or if there was a genuine reason for the offer. Ethan said nothing as he got up and walked towards the door before turning to face Tierra "l don't expect a decision straight away but fairly soon". Ethan and Ava left. Tierra was glad to be out of his sight and it had take all her restraint to not say anything. The door was closed and Tierra was left to ponder Ethan's offer.
