Two elementary school bullies, now about to graduate from college, are confronted by their terrorized, under achieving victim and his new friend. Will the childhood victim answer their pleas for life-saving help? A seasoned and aggressive police officer, obsessed with advancing his career, must choose between just observing a conviction negotiated, which everyone but the victim wants, or determining actual guilt or innocence of the strangest case of his career.
