A poem about life
Greetings. I write about life which is influenced by my Buddhist reading and Vipassana meditation (a style of Buddhist meditation known as "insight meditation" and "mindfulness"). Buddhism has had a significant impact on my way of thinking, and has made me feel happier and more content with life. I have written an article about this: "A Spiritual Junction". "Mindfulness" is a book that I found difficult to put down. It is available online: http://www.urbandharma.org/pdf/mindfulness_in_plain_english.pdf
My favourite motto is "Live life to be happy. Live life to help others".
Respect for the environment is also very important to me. You can also read that article if you like.
