personal relationships, we are loosing sight of what we are. We
have forgotten to focus on the present. We are often worried by

Look at all the things
that life has given you. You have got this because you are worth
it and you have earned it. Acknowledge them. Carrying this new
energy, we learn to respond to a situation, rather than react
impulsively. Trust life. This is how to recharge yourself. When
we do things that we love, our involvement creates feel-good
hormones in sync with the natural body. That is why swimming,
cycling, gardening, games, reading, writing, dancing and singing
