There have been many obstacles,
Some that are hard to over come,
I understand,
When I write the person that comes into my head,
That person is you,
I know I'm not stellar,
I know I don't have the looks,
I may be older but you know I'm weaker,
Forever my love will stay,
Even on our darkest hours,
I must tell you that my love will never stray,
Even if I'm not the guy you love,
I'll always love you,
Holding hand in hand,
Enjoying our lives,
As free people,
Just willing to fall in love,
My love will never stray,
I love you,
And ever more,
I know if we don't get married than I will be at your wedding,
I'll be wishing I was the man you were marrying but you'd be happy,
Where if you died I'd be at the funeral,
I'd come over everyday,
If you died and I had children,
I'd tell them that you were my one and only,
And sit roses on the grave,
I'd stay there and talk to your gravestone as if you never died,
And at night I'd wait for you to come back,
Forever my love will stay,
Forever my love will never stray
