Tables Never Turn For You

Poetry By: PhoenixRain
True confessions

I wrote this at school. It is about the one thing I can not teach my self not to think about. My love, my thorn. This is for him.

Come my sweet

You have secrets to share

But only if I dare

Give you the simple treat

I’ve waited long to know

How you could walk away

And you don’t talk my way

How I once cared enough to show

You the real me

But I found out soon how much you lie

Though I couldn’t say that to your eyes

Somehow wondering how can this be?

So my dear

Sit down get a move on today

Tell me why you walked away

How you could choose that dark bear
