Battlefield Mind

Poetry By: Romano
True confessions

Most thoughts are better left unsaid, yet they can drive you to a point of no return from many situations. The most fought battle in the world is in one's mind, we struggle with our inner thoughts daily.

In a place where thoughts do not rhyme
where wondering is a mystery
For the Brain cannot see
the future, which is ahead
and ideas go unsaid
There's a struggle inside
My actions sometimes can't hide
Eyes get crossed, stomach twist
body shaking, Cranium goes to thinking
Things that seem to be are not
those that are not may be
HELP me understand, I feel
as if I'm going crazy
Mind all confused and daze
I feel as though in a maze
There's a sharp pain in my chest
Dehydrated and can't get no rest
feel as though I've committed a crime
BATTLEFIELD MIND
