A juxtapostition of two people in the french revolution-...
Does anybody here remember Vera Lynn?
Remember how she said that
We would meet again
Some sunny day?
Vera! Vera!
What has become of you?
Does anybody else here
Feel the way I do? -'Vera', Pink Floyd
My name is not Vera Belotserkovsky. It is actually Elizabeth. But i prefer the name Vera to my own; indeed, my name does not give you a sense of darkness, nor of that of an impassioned mind. It does not sound full of beauty, or impress upon the beholder that this is a girl in whose sensitive mind the beginings of catatonia stir. But i assure you, i really am quite the dissafected artiste, unsure of whether life is real or not, and pondering renee descartes whilst reading Karl Marx, or Fyodor Dostoyevsky. Truly!
I'm 15, and so, much like every other teenager since the beginning of time, i spend my life being bitchy and hormonal to the people I love, or laughing at scientology.
I will not read your story if it has 'OMG' and giggling in it. If your work has no grammar, i will not read it. And if your story has both of the above, PLUS vampires, i will not read it or any of your other stories. I have standards.
Once upon a time there was a man called Joseph Kony who stole children, gave them guns, and made them kill people. It's called the LRA. Look it up.
