The trees perch content,

though reminiscent of the past.

A land filed with green,

bursting with life and soul and heart.

A howl in the distance,

an eerie word of warning;

'evil is soon approaching,

behind a mask of good intention'.

Though you shall soon realize,

when earth goes up in flames.

When birds cannot fly,

crashing down like broken planes.

That they are not who you thought,

they'll soon destroy this all.

The land so pure and innocent,

now only filled with war.
