Hello everyone! We found a cool, easy way to chill out: Just sit back or lie down in a quiet place and close your eyes. Consciously exist only in the moment that you're doing this (don't think about the past or the future); just relax in the now. Focus on the breath entering and leaving your body (keep breathing naturally as you always do). If your mind starts drifting off and thinking about other stuff, simply dismiss the new thoughts (at least for the moment) and return your focus to your breath. It's very relaxing!
