At the moment, I am: OFFLINE

I took a little detour from Booksie for a while so I could focus on my schoolwork and extra curriculars. But I am back with a slew of new ideas and projects. Stay tuned!

READ MY SUPERBLOG!

I post every day, unless I'm mortally (or emotionally) wounded!

I love reading. But if I do not find it interesting, I cannot continue reading it... unless a gun it put to my head. Then I shall pretend.

I also have OCD. That is self-diagnosed OCD.

There is only one genre I cannot read: STUPID.

TV shows: Friends, Psych, Whose Line is it Anyway, Modern Family, 30 Rock, Pretty Little Liars (Guilty Pleasure...)

Movies: Inception, The Dark Knight, Toy Story 3, Dead Poets Society, Pride & Prejudice, The Sixth Sense, Disney Films

Music: Michael Buble, Jason Mraz, Angel Taylor, Matt Simons, Darren Criss, Lady Gaga, Lin-Manuel Miranda

Favorite Books: The Book Thief, I Am the Messenger, Catcher in the Rye, Anthem, Animal Farm, Harry Potters, Dramarama, The Hunger Games, The Great Gatsby, The Crucible, YA Chick-Lit (SO MUCH FUN.)

"The Writer's Little Helper" by James V. Smith, Jr. has great and easy tips on writing. READ IT!

"The Twilight Summary"

You must know that when I wrote this, I liked Twilight. To all Twilighters; if you love Twilight as much as I think you do, then you are able to laugh at it. So enjoy.

Also, to non-Twilighters - you'll REALLY enjoy this. I know I do.

BIGGER, NEWER NEWS ABOUT FAIRY TALES!

School is starting soon (September 7th, to be exact), so I don't know exactly how often I'll be able to post. Which is why I plan on writing a series of novella's of such based off those Grimm fairy tales we know and love, except for more mature audiences (and they might be set in modern day, I'm still not sure.)

I remembered the other day about the book, Ella Enchanted (okay, so I remembered the Anne Hathaway movie version, but THAT reminded me then of the book... whatever), and how much I loved the book when I was younger. Trying to re-read it recently, I found myself loving that kind of book. But I also love current YA chick-lit (in which boys don't notice you until page 219, it's set in high school, and there's a big party/event towards page 258 in which EVERYTHING changes).

But I digress. A lot.

So I will be writing these novellas, based 58% on the Grimm fairy tales/other stories I read when I was little. (Such include: Rapunzel, Cinderella, The Frog Prince, Snow White and Rose Red, Sleeping Beauty, Hansel and Gretel, Rumplestiltskin, Little Red Riding Hood, and others.)

Now, some of you might be thinking "Fairy Tales?!?! Are you sh!tting me?! DELETE!" While other, nicer internet users might be thinking "Ooh, this sounds interesting and modern and hip but at the same time old-fashioned-good-fairy-tales! CLICK!"

So just saying if you hate the genre, then don't read it to begin with. I hate getting comments that just randomly bash things.

Plus, this is supposed to be fun! :)

So shut yo'r traps, foo's!

(Just kidding. I'm not that mean.)

LET'S DISCUSS THIS HUNGER GAMES "THING"

And by discuss, I mean TELL YOU why I deleted it:

- Did you SEE how many comments I had on that thing? No?? Lemme clue you in: 1400+. Yup, you heard right.

- My choices have changed, and I don't want people to think those are my current opinions.

- The movie's gonna come out sometime in the next 2 years, so the page would simply turn into a discussion of the movie.

- Weird people started saying "OOh, I'm Prim!" and "Ooh, I'm Katniss in the movie YAYERS!!!" And then 25-post-long discussions would be held saying "No you're NOT you freak getoff meh internetzz!" And it just got too stupid.

- Because I want to be a writer, not a person who posts pictures and then calls themself a writer.

There. I said it. It's officially deleted. (Now I loose all my fans.)

UPCOMING PROJECTS???

Oh, why hello there! I am in the process of writing a couple of novels, screenplays, plays, etc. Here's a current list.

1. Damsels In Distress?: A series of novellas. Based on (mostly) select Grimm Fairy Tales. Including Rapunzel, The Frog Prince, Cinderella, Hansel and Gretel, etc. They will be expanded into fuller stories, some characters might slightly change, but overall it will be true to the original as best I can (without having it stink).

2. Lucy and Jill's Cupcake Shop: A novel. Sisters Lucy and Jill Creason happily own a new little cupcake bakery in their hometown of Pepperell, Massachusetts. On the first day of their summer vacation, in walks an Italian family visiting their American cousins... with two totally gorgeous and totally available brothers. One problem- they don't speak much English. WHAT WILL HAPPEN, YOU ASK???? (I dunno, ask someone else...)

3. Summer Drama: A novel series. A bunch of kids who go to a summer drama camp each year. It's great. It's fun. It's filled with musical theatre. (Just like Say it Somehow, and I might be replacing it with this/combining it with this... who knows.

At most, I will post the first one or two chapters of each book, and that's it. Because, well, what if it gets stolen and then some famous writer like Mark Zusak or Meg Cabot or E. Lockhart publishes it (not that they would, they're too awesome), and my idea is STOLEN! I'm mugged of my original ideas?? I DON'T THINK SO.

:)

ONE LAST COMMENT

I hope you aren't deleting your subscription to me as you read this. If you do, then too bad, because I could write something utterly life-changing, and you'd miss it!

So stick around, folks!

Something amazing might happen.

Or it might not.

Y'know.
