You live and Learn.

There's a moment when you just realize all your worst fears have come true.

It's scary, hard, and all you can think is "I don't know".

Once you realize this is just a phase and it may be hard, tough, and at sometimes feel like you're living in hell.

You have to remember: YOU have the choice and right to be sad, angry, mad, depressed..

But YOU also have he choice to make today the best day, you really never know when your next one will be.

So Beautiful. We all are. We have made mistakes, fuck ups, and you may just think

"This is just never going to end, so what is the point in even trying to please everyone."

Look in the Beauty of things, sit and watch the random people pass by.

The old man walking down the road, smiling and laughingwith his grandson.

Some teenage girl walking on her cell phone and giggling and seeing that bright smile.

Take a moment, look at what we have been given.

No, not the money, not the fancy cars, house, clothes or "Oh my god I have Two Thousand friends on Facebook".

We have this Beautiful place. To breath in the fresh air

We have the ability to smell those awesome things like: A camp fire, or apple pie, any smell you enjoy, even if you hate it...you're still smelling it, so except it right?

We can watch, play, dance, sing, LIVE. But all of those things reallymean , enjoy this day. Have fun. Take advantage of being goofy when you can, and don't care whose looking.

I want to see more smiles than frowns,

More bikes and walking happening then watching a Cadillac drive by.

I want peace, no judgment. No Bullying. No Harm what so ever, to anyone.

I want this world to know how it is to see and feel and express happiness everywhere.

Being happy and healthy trustworthy; to others and yourself, takes so much less energy then being toxic and Fucked up.
