Something I've been thinking for the past few days and now I was finally able to let it go.

Reading books is one of the bad things that I take seriously according to people. This is mainly because they say that whatever I learn something I take it to the real world and when I am actually making a difference they would say "That only happens in books, life isn't a fairytale." I, however, would always say that maybe the truth that we see in the books never happened in real life because no one has the real courage to do it in real life.
People would always say that if you want truth then you go pack your things and go seek the outside world. You won't get any truth through reading a book. I say they do have a point, nothing beats experience but don't you ever wonder that maybe people are just afraid of the truth that they see in books that's why they say they are nonexistent. Look at it this way, sometimes in life truth is always just in front of us and we are the one running from it by using the excuse that we are still looking for it. But sometimes we don't even need it to look for it we just need to have the courage to face that fact that the truth is here and we need to prepare ourselves for something we never expected, and most people are most likely are afraid to be disappointed to face the truth and they are scared to go out of their comfort zones for they don't want to get their feelings hurt.
The only scary thing about reading books is when you realize that it is the truth but then we run away from it anyway because you did not like what you see.
