“Corazon!” Someone snipped. “Corazon, wake up!”
     “Hmm?” Corazon’s eyes fluttered open.

“Corazon, it’s already noon!” Corazon’s sister was leaning over her.

“What?” Corazon sat up. She was sitting in her own bed, in her own room, in her own house. “Where am I?”

“Duh,” Her sister replied. “At home? Corazon, you were just dreaming! Now come on, you promised you’d teach me how to roller blade.”

“What day is it?” Corazon was still massively confused.

“Tuesday.” Her sister dumbly replied. “Can you get up, now?”

“What happened to school?” Corazon dazedly asked.

“School’s been out for two weeks.” Her sister told her. “I already said you were just dreaming, now come on!”

“What?” Corazon could not believe what she was hearing. “That couldn’t have been a dream. It couldn’t have!” Corazon got up and rushed to her window. It was the same old street that she lived on that she was looking at.

“What are you wearing?” Her sister gasped.

“Huh?” Corazon stared down at her clothes. She was dressed in the purple tunic with the golden lion. “But it-how?”  Then Corazon rushed downstairs.

“Well, aren’t we dressed up today?” Her mother marveled.

“Mom.” Corazon hugged her mother. “I’m so glad to see you. And Dad.” She hugged her father as he walked into the room. “And you.” She gave her sister a belated bear hug.

“Well, well, well!” Her father exclaimed. “What’s all this about?”

“Just a very realistic, very bad,” Corazon paused. Was it a dream?

There was a shook sound as the mail went through the slot in the front door. Corazon went and picked it up. There was a letter addressed to her from Racule and Heranna.

     Quickly, Corazon opened the letter.

Dear Corazon,

We were quite impressed with your demonstration of selflessness. Though you knew that you might perish, you gave it your all to save the lives of your friends and the rest of the humans. We know now that the human race may be worth sparing if you and Twilight both came from it.

However, now that we know what power you have, we may want your help in seizing another planet. Besides that, we were quite displeased with the fact that you beat us. Thus, revenge may be in order. We suggest that you keep looking over your shoulder and that you never forget what you have learned during this experience because you never know when it might come in handy.

Racule and Heranna,
King and Queen of the Bandaa

Corazon looked up from the letter and then over her shoulder…
