I stood straight up when I heard the braking of the twigs. The snow began to fall ceaselessly. The wind had blown for days and now it is making it hard to stand.  My fire began to blow out. I bent down and grabbed my knife. A low growl rumbled across the dark forest. I searched the tree line to find a pair of green eyes glaring at me. Then, behind that one set, showed two more… then three more pairs of eyes. I looked around the clearing and eyes of different colors kept showing up. One pair of eyes, the gold, locked into mine and stared. I couldn’t escape that one’s stare. I looked, and it followed my movement. A large growl formed and the golden eyes backed up. A big black wolf, the green eyed one, stalked towards me. I backed up. The wolf brought his lips back up in an evil smile and snarled. “You don’t belong here, Human.” The wolf said. “You can speak?” I said hesitantly as I fell to the ground. “Yes. We can speak. We can do much more. The only problem is that, your embarking on my territory. Get back on your own land!” The wolf growled louder. I backed up more. “I-I’m sorry! I didn’t know this was wolf land! I don’t even know where my land is. See, I got lost… on a pack gathering? I’m lost.” I say with a whine. Wolves are territorial, they are social animals. So, if I act like an omega… “Stop thinking! You are just a low human! You know nothing of wolves!” The wolf barked and crept closer. He began digging his claws into the earth. “Forgive me, Luka, for this human does not know of our beings. She didn’t even know we could speak her tongue!” The golden eyed wolf stepped out and lowered next to the black wolf. Luka stood straight up and glared at the golden eyed wolf, which had a pure white coat. His fur was beautiful, and it looked… amazing. “Human, what is your mother-given name?” Luka growled. “A-Alyson Reegs.” I say. “Alyson Reegs, Human of the Gestira Life form.” “Stop it Mars! You have no right!” Luka jumped and attacked the white wolf. Luka threw himself over Mars and grabbed his throat in his mouth and bit down. I could see blood trickling through each hair on Mars’ neck. Stop! You’re killing him! I wanted to scream. Luka let go and growled and stalked towards me. Luka’s eyes were full of anger. “Luka, no!” Mars yelled. But Luka jumped at me and I threw my arm up to protect myself. Luka’s jaws clamped on my arm and he tugged. I screamed in pain and I sliced Luka’s eye with my knife. He backed up and shook his head. A single cut went through his eye, and blood ran down his face. He snarled in anger. He ran off, followed by the rest of the wolves, except Mars. Mars looked at me then crept at me. “Alyson, you challenged the Alpha wolf. He is not happy. Since his blood contains the alpha gene, and he bit you, you are…” “Mars get your ass away from that human now!” Luka yelled from the top of the hill. Mars looked me in the eyes. “I’m so sorry, Alyson. I wish this one could help.” He said then ran off towards the Alpha. My hands began to tremble. A pain ran through Luka’s bite to the rest of my body. I lay my head back in the snow in agony as this creature’s DNA ran through every inch of my body. I wasn’t worried about the bite. I was worried about the last thing Mars didn’t get to say. The snow kept falling, and my fire was dim. I stood up and glared at the paw prints that ran through the ground. Damn wolves… why is it ME? I kicked some snow onto the fire and started following the wolf’s trail.

I came across a cabin. Dark red door and old wooden walls. I knocked on the door and called out, it seemed like it was abandoned. I peeked my head in the window and looked around. There was a fire going in the fire place, and a cat sitting on the mantle.  There was coffee brewing on a table. So I knocked on the glass again and again. I looked back at the cat and it looked horrified. I looked around and saw a hand, on the floor. I couldn’t get a good view to see if the rest of the body was with it, so I kicked down the door to find Luka, standing over an old man’s body. Luka looked up at me and growled. “You again?! Why the fuck are you here?!” he growled. I looked at the dead man and looked around the room and saw a picture of the old man with his wife and three children. “He’s an innocent old man,” I pause. The cat hisses and Luka jumps and rips the cat’s head clean off. I went for the gun on the side of the door way. I grabbed it and looked to see if it was loaded. Dear baby Jesus thanks you so much for bestowing this life savior upon me! I aimed it right at Luka’s head. He glared me down. Mars came from behind and took the gun out of my hand and threw it out of the way, and he stood in front of me and snarled at Luka. “Back down Omega!” Luka snarled. “No! I will not let you toss around Alyson like she is nothing. This human, is brave enough to challenge YOU! You are afraid of her, and you know it! This girl has the power to kill you, and you just want to kill HER?! You’re a wolf! She is a HUMAN.” Mars growled. “At least allow her to take to the bite. What if she turns? What if she becomes one of us? What will you do?” Mars adds. Luka looked down for a moment. Take to the turn? What does that mean? “Means, when a human is bitten by an Alpha, he or she will die, take to the bite and turn into a wolf, or nothing will happen. You usually find out within the next day or two.” Mars turns to me and looks me up and down. “This also means, you’ll need a pack if you turn.” He turns and looks at Luka. “Remember the Rules?” Mars barks. Luka looks at me then at Mars. “Hiyume Teira De Diesto.” Luka growls. What was that? It certainly was not Canadian. “It’s WolfCritea. The original wolf language. We took to human tongue not long ago.” Mars says. Luka stepped forth and turned into a human. He looked my age. His hair was black and short and his eyes were green, and he had deep eye brows. I could see the contours of his muscles through his blue shirt. His jeans were ripped at the knee and he wore black skate boarding shoes. The scar from my knife was still there. He looked at me again. “Alyson, you are welcomed to become part of my pack, as the omega, along with Mars. Mars will train you, he will tell you everything. You are not welcomed in the den, yet. You are welcomed to stay here, as your home. We will contact your old pack and say you have died. Your life will restart. If you do not have any reaction to the bite then you will become the human of this pack. One who is to watch the pups when we go out for a hunt, one who heals, and one who is omega.”  Luka says. Mars walked to me and stood in front of me, but glared at Luka. The two looked at each other as if having a secret conversation. Luka gazed at me then looked out the window. “Let’s go meet the pack.”  Luka says. They are not wolves. First of all, wolves don’t talk. Second, they don’t turn into humans!! “We can do more than that.” Luka laughed as he turned wolf. I watched him walk out of the cabin. Mars stood next to me and nudged my arm. He started following Luka, and I followed him. He slowed down to talk to me. “Not all of us can shift forms.” He says in a low voice. I look at him. “How?” I ask. “A wolf must interact with a human the opposite sex, to turn into a shifter. Unless the wolf was a human and was turned.” Mars says. I look at him at the corner of my eye. “How did Luka get the power to change?” I ask. “Luka’s mate was a human. She had given Luka the best time of his life, until she tried to kill him. The cats, they talked her into thinking the wolves will take over the world. She really had no idea that she was falling into a trap. The cats killed her and they won human trust.” Mars says. Is that why Luka killed that kitty cat in the cabin? Wow, this is alien to me. I love this though. It’s so cool. The only problem is that I have to feign death towards my friends. I wonder if Mars can turn into a human. “No I can’t. I’ve always wondered what it’s like to be a human. But that will have to wait.” He trots ahead to Luka. He whispers into Luka’s ear and comes back. “It’s a bit of a walk. Let me know if you get tired.” Mars says. I nod but kept walking.

We have walked close to an hour. I started to get tired. But I didn’t want to say anything. Luka kept turning back and growling at us. Mars told me almost everything about being a wolf. I think Luka hated the idea of a human among his pack. I laughed low at the thought of a wolf being afraid of me. Luka looked back and growled. “Keep your thoughts quiet.” He said. “Stop reading my mind.” I say. “That’s the thing!” He turned back and jumped on a rock so his face is leveled with mine. He snarled. Mars stepped closer just in case. “I’m not reading your mind! It’s just you! You have the loudest thoughts in the world! Learn to keep them quiet!” He yells. “Well excuse me. I didn’t know my thoughts were loud. So what if they are. You’re a wolf, Luka. I’m a human. Four hours ago I didn’t even know wolves could talk!” I yell back. His eyed narrowed and he growled. Mars stepped closer and growled back. “Whatever.” Luka growled to himself then turned and started running. I look at Mars. “What’s his problem?” I asked. “I don’t know. But be on alert. He never acts this way towards anything.”  Mars was serious. He brushed up against me. I petted him and he closed his eyes. “Let’s go.” He said. I followed him.

Mars and I walked to the pack’s gathering place. Luka was lying on top of the Alpha’s Den. A lot of the wolves stared at me. “Alyson, come up here.” Luka says. Mars nods and sits. I slowly walk up to Luka. “Everyone listen! This human, Alyson Reegs, is going to stay with us as pack member. She will be omega. If she takes in to the bite she will stay here, but not in the den. If she doesn’t she’ll stay at the Cabin. Treat her no special. She will be aspectria. No one hurt her, except me.” Luka says. Mars stands up instantly and glares. “Alyson, please, uh, come into the den for a moment. I need to talk to you.” Luka walks down the hill and slithers into the den. I follow him. He turns human and walks to the way back of the den into a secret room. “Alyson, listen... I’m sorry for this. It’s been a while since I’ve seen a human. The last human I saw tried to kill me. With the humans ripping down my land for more communication buildings, it’s throwing me off.” In his voice, was pain? He looks at me with an agonizing look. “It’s hard for me to accept a human in my life, again.” He adds. “Luka I’m sorry. Like I said before, I never knew wolves could talk much less shift forms. Taking all of this in is hard enough. Even to know that you hate me. I get why you do. I’ve just been lost from my… pack… for more than 3 days.” I say. “Plus, for humans, being out here in the cold is… unbearable.”  I add. He looks at me. “I didn’t know that. Alyson, if there is anything I can do for you, let me know.” He says in a low tone of voice. “You don’t have to do anything to me, because you are doing a fine job leading this pack alone.” I say. He shakes his head, but I walk to him and grab his hands and make him look at me in the eyes. “Trust me; I’ve never seen a leader like you.” I say. He looks away for a second, then back at me and smiles. His smile had the smallest click to it, which made it beautiful. He looked me up and down and pushed me against the rock wall and moved his body against mine. Forehead to forehead. He looked me in the eyes and he moved close. His hands fell from mine to my waist and his lips just touched mine. He couldn’t get a full kiss from me. “Luka, wait.” I say. He backed up. “I’m sorry.” He said. His hands let go of me and he backs up more. “Luka it’s okay.” I say and look down. “No it’s not, I’m the alpha. I shouldn’t be like this towards an omega.” He says. All this and he’s embarrassed? He doesn’t have to feel embarrassed. Is it a law or something? “No, it’s not a law. But, it feels weird. I’m sorry.” He says and shifts forms. “I uh, need to go.” He says and walks away. I leave the den and meet up with Mars. He sniffs me. “Did he touch you?” Mars asks. “What? No he didn’t.” I say. “I can smell him all over you. He must have done something.” He growls. “Trust me; I would’ve called for you, if he did touch me.” I say. “Are you sure?” he asks. I take a moment and look down then nod. “Well, come on. You got a lot to do.” He says.

It has been about two days since I was bit. Two days since I joined a wolf pack. Two days since Luka tried to kiss me. Mars says I should start taking to the bite today. So, I’m sort of starting to freak out. Mars went out to hunt with most of the pack. Luka’s beta wolf is leading. Luka wanted this day to be me and him only so he sent the pack out. He said he’ll stay in human form for me. He heard me think that I liked his human form much better. He said to stay away from the den so he brought me to the Cabin. I sat on the bed and Luka sat next to me. “Today, you’ll either become one of us, or…”  Luka’s voice trails off.  His voice sounded worried. “Luka, I’ll be okay. Trust me.” I hold his hand and smile. He smiles back. Oh, Luka. “What does Mars think of it?” Luka says. “Luka… Mars doesn’t... know about us. He keeps getting hints though. He doesn’t like you. At all.” I say. ‘I know. He’s always had a bad impression of me. Alyson, come on. He’s an omega. I’m the alpha. I get what I want. He can’t stop me.” Luka says. Did he just say he wants me? Alpha of the pack… wants an omega? “Alyson?” Luka looks at me. “Yeah?” I said. He looked at me with a smile and pointed at his ears. I lifted my hand to my ear and felt it growing. “You are taking to the bite.” He said in relief. He backed up and sat in the rocking chair, watching me change from my human body to this wonderful mutant creature. Luka smiled as I took the true form of a black wolf, with purple eyes. He shifted forms as well. I stood there, questioning what the hell to do with my tail. “You are one true beautiful wolf.” He said. I shook my fur and sniffed the air. Then I figured out how to use my tail and move my ears. My ears turned and Luka came right up to me and nuzzled me. “Now that you are a wolf, I should say that I have to give you the pack’s scent.” He said. I sat and cocked my head. He turned human, so I followed suit. He pulled me close and laid his lips against mine. I could smell his scent over flowing mine. His hands held my neck and he kept kissing me. I heard something and I pulled away. I wiped my mouth and looked at the door to see Mars standing there with his ears high and his tail low. He was growling. I looked at Luka then back at Mars. His eyes were full of disbelief and anger. He backed up a bit and I stepped forward. “Mars listen to me,” he doesn’t let me finish and he runs off. I shift forms and I start running after him but Luka get s in my way. He is in his wolf form. I growl at him. “Let me go after him.” I say. “I can’t let you do that.” Luka says. “Why is that?” I growl. I wasn’t growling at Luka. I was growling at myself. “Alyson, don’t be mad at yourself. It’s not your fault.” Luka said. I sat down and looked out the window at Mars running into the forest. I whined. I’m so sorry Mars, I really am. “Luka please let me go!” I whine. He shakes his head. I back up and face the window. “Fine. Have it your way.” I whisper and run and jump through the window, breaking the glass. I ran through the woods following Mars’ trail in the snow.

I’ve been searching for Mars for at least an hour. I was starting to get worried. I jumped over a tree and ran back to the den site. All the wolves looked at me in astonishment. One pup came running up to me. “Help! You must help! My sister! She’s in danger!” He yelped. “Okay okay, please calm down, where is she?” I said looking down at the pup. He grabbed my ear in his mouth and pulled me back into the woods. “She fell in the river and she can’t swim!” He started to tumble down the trail. “What’s her name?” I said. “Nancy! Her name is Nancy! Please, Alpha, help her!” The pup called. “Help! Help me please!” I heard another one yelp. I ran fast and jumped head first, into the river. My whole body went under and the current pushed me around, I looked and saw a little brown pup splashing and flowing with the current. I paddled up and reached the surface and gasped for air. I saw Nancy trying to swim. “The currents to strong.” I whispered and swam hard to get to Nancy. “Alpha! The bridge! It’s braking!” The other male pup yelled. “Go get help! Go get Luka! Go get Mars!” I yelled. “Okay! Okay!” He said and ran off. I swam fast and reached Nancy. “Hold onto me tight! It’s okay Nancy! I’m here!” I said. Nancy paddled around me, sort of, and held onto my scruff. “My name is Alyson. I’ll get you to safety. I promise.” I looked around for an easy way to get out of the river. The water was too low and too fast. The bank was close to my human height. I looked down the river. The river went into a lake. I can get Nancy to the lake and get her to the beach! “Nancy, don’t worry! We are heading to safety. I need to get to the lake! Hold on!” I said. I went dead weight and the river brought me fast. I could hear cracking and snapping. The bridge… it’s going to over flow! “Alyson! The bridge is breaking!” Luka yelled. I looked at the side of the river and saw Luka and most of the pack running trying to catch us. A surge of energy and the bridge broke. “Luka! Catch Nancy!” I yelled and grabbed Nancy by the scruff and threw her. Luka jumped up high and caught her. The impact of throwing her made my back paw lodge in between two rocks. I yelped loudly and tried to pull out but I couldn’t. The water from the bridge came. “Alyson!” Luka yelled. I watched, possibly as my death came. The water flowed over me and I heard a snap. The water started to turn red. By now my head was under water and I was fighting to get to the surface. I could swim now. My paw must be broken or something, I can’t move it. I paddled fast and finally reached the surface. I held my mouth open wide for the biggest gasp of air. Logs flowed by me fast. I was swimming in the lake by now. I reached out and grabbed a log and hauled myself onto it. “Alyson look out!” Luka yelled. I looked back and a huge log slammed into me. Black out is what happened next.

I walked through a bright clearing. The sides were bit of a blur and there were flowers and nice winter green grass. I was in human form and I saw Luka, in human form, standing there with a knife. “Luka?” I asked. He looked behind me. I looked behind me and saw Mars in wolf form glaring at Luka. Mars jumped and ran at Luka and Luka brought the knife around his stomach and brought it through the bottom of Mars’ jaw and the blade went through the top of Mars’ head. Luka twisted the knife and blood pored everywhere. Luka dropped Mars’ body. He walked to me. “He’s an omega. I’m an Alpha. I get what I want, and he can’t stop me.” Luka’s eyes had compassion and anger in it. He came right up to me and kissed me. I looked at him then at Mars.

“Ally, wake up please!” I heard someone say. I open my eyes to see Mars and Luka sitting next to me. It was a dream? I hope it’s just a dream. Luka looked at me like I was crazy. “What happened after the river? Is Nancy okay?” I ask. “Nancy is fine and you um… almost drowned.” Luka says. “Oh.” I say. I sit up and realize I’m in human form, along with Luka. I look around and realize I’m in the Cabin. One of the beta wolves came running. “Luka, come! Alec’s having a fit.” The wolf says. Luka looks at me then turns wolf and runs off with the beta. I think his name is Alistair. “Mars…” I say. He looks at me and gets ready to leave. He started to walk away but I turned wolf and stood in front of him. “Let me explain!” I say. He sits and nods. “Luka likes me, as you can see. But does that mean anything? I mean seriously, I like you. He is just an Alpha that gets what he wants all the time. He told me he wanted me. He said you can’t stop that from happening. I don’t think that an Alpha is a good idea for me. Mars, the moment I saw you, I thought something special would happen to me, and it did! I’m one of you! This is the best thing that has happened to me.” I say. He looks at me. “But most important, if I didn’t have you, I would be dead...” I pause. “Mars?” I say. He looks me in the eyes. I lean in and give him a big wolf kiss. His tail started to wag and he turned into a human as I kissed him. I shifted to human as well so the kiss would be better.  I wrapped my arms around his neck and he held my waist. He pulled away and put his forehead on mine. His hair was blond with golden streaks and his eyes were the perfect shade of gold. His skin was the perfect shade of tan and he wore a green shirt with blue jeans and black World Industry shoes. He smiled at me. His smile was much better in his human form. “Alyson, thank you so much.” He said. “You’re welcome. Mars, if you need anything, anything at all, just ask me.” I say. He moves me so I’m sitting next to him, leaning on him. Mars’ scent, summer breeze, flowed around my nose. “You know, Luka won’t like this at all.” Mars says. “Screw him. I don’t care.” I look at Mars and smile. His hand traced the curves of my lips. This moment couldn’t get any better. “Oh but it can.” Mars says and leans in and kisses me again. I kiss him back.

Okay, so two males of the same pack have a crush on me, Alpha and Omega.  This is amazing. It’s been two weeks since I helped Mars turn into a shifter. Ever since then, Mars’ relationship with me went up a notch, and Luka’s went down. Luka began to form a rivalry with a neighboring pack. Well, his brother’s pack. His brother is Mika. Mika is actually my friend Sarah’s ex- boyfriend, which really throws me off. Mars says he won’t let anything happen to me. Well, today is the day he teaches me to hunt. I’m excited. “Mars are you sure?” I say and look down the cliff. Mars looks at me and nods, his tail started to wag. “If I wasn’t sure I wouldn’t have brought you here.” He says and nuzzles me. We’ve kept our relationship a secret. No one knows about us or Mars’ human form. Mars always gives me love struck face. He always comes into the Cabin to say goodnight, he always hunts for me, and he always teaches me everything he knows. Luka, he’s still trying to make a move on me. That dream I had, was a onetime only dream. I hope it is. “Hey, Babe you coming?” Mars barked. I shook my head then looked at him. He seriously just called me babe? Let’s hope no one else heard that. “Come on! I’ll be next to you every step of the way.” Mars says. “That’s the thing, there is only one step.” I whisper. Mars laughs then pushes me off. I reach for him but I couldn’t. He was over me. Like, legit over me. I looked down at the lake that was getting bigger and bigger by the second. After that incident with the pups, I’ve been terrified over water. I just hope Mars will get me. I held my breath and fell into the water. I looked down and saw rocks. That’s when I began to panic. Mars grabbed me and brought me to the surface. I held onto him as tight as I could.  He held me as he swam. Which felt better to me. “How you feel?” Mars asks. “Terrified.” I say and hold onto him more. I thought I was supposed to be hunting. “Haha you need to break your fear of water first.” He says. “Please just get me to shore.” I beg. He shakes his head and lets me go and swims away. I paddle fast but don’t go anywhere but down. I started to worry again. Not this again! I paddled my arms and legs and made it to the surface. Thank god! Mars jumped in the water and grabbed me and brought me to shore. I lay on the sand and cough. “Never do that again.” I growl. Mars sighed and looked at me. “I’m so sorry! Alyson, I swear it! I thought your instincts would have taken over!” He says. I sit up and look at him. I know he’s sorry. I know he’d never want to hurt me. I look into his eyes and look away. “You’re forgiven.” I say. He comes close to me and hugs me tight. I look at him and smile. I wish every moment could be like this. Where it is just me and Mars, and when we are safe, with no Luka. “Alyson, we can have this moment all the time.” Mars says. I look at him. “How?” I ask. “Run away with me. We can start our own pack. We can be together. Forever.” He says. “But what about Luka?” I ask. “What about him? It’s common for omegas to leave the pack. Luka is nothing to me.” Mars says. “But I’m something to him…” he lets go of me and looks at me. “Luka loves me. He wants me.” I say. He stands up. I follow him. “Do you  love him back?” Mars asks. I look away and think for a moment. Do I love Luka? I can’t love him. I shouldn’t. I don’t. “I don’t love him.” I say. I hope I don’t. I go straight to Mars and kiss him. I will never, ever lie to him. Why should he worry?  “Alyson, I know you won’t lie to me. It’s just, Luka can overpower you easily.”  Mars says. His hands moved up my arms and entwined my hands with his. This is what I mean, this magical moment, where I don’t have to worry. Mars’ touch left a trail of warmth, where ever he touched me. It made me feel… safe. “Alyson?” Mars whispers into my ear. I look at him. “I will never try to hurt you, I will never mean to hurt you, I want you to be happy, I want you to feel safe. Alyson, I want you to feel perfect… because I think I love you.” Mars says. Love is the magic word. I look at him more. I pull him to me and I kiss him. When I pull away he looks at me with a look of awe. “Wow…” he pauses. “Alyson, your eyes… they are beautiful.” I smile. The moment is ruined when the Alpha calls for a pack meeting. I shift to wolf form, followed by Mars. “Race you!” I say and run off, followed off by Mars.

Luka called us all together to talk about the rival pack. Mika played a game of tag during a pack hunt and almost killed one of our members. Luka is expecting me to stay. “Northern hunt group, you’ll set trails through the Southern trails. Southern you’ll take the western trails. Western take the southern and northern. We’re switching because Mika will expect me to send you all to your assigned areas. Mika and I are brothers, we know each other. Which sucks ass. Alyson,” Luka looks at me. “Stay here.” He says. “No. I’m always stuck at camp with nothing to do while you guys do raids and pack hunts. I’m not new to this! I know how to fight. Even as a human I stood my ground against YOU. I’m going.” I say. Luka stands up and glares at me. “You’re staying here!” He growls. “No I’m not. I’m sick and tired of being an omega. Luka please. I’ll go with you, you can help me or something.” I say and glance at Mars. Luka follows my stare. “Perhaps Mars can stay here this time.” Luka says. Mars looks at me then growls at Luka. “Luka, no. Just go!” I jump up to the top of the den and stand in front of Luka, dropping his view. “What do you mean just go?” He asks. “I mean, just go to the raid. I’ll stay.” I say. Mars looks at me and shakes his head. I walk to my favorite tree and lean on it, waiting for the pack to leave in formation, a wide smile forming in my lips.  Luka walked up to me. “Come on, now I have to let you come. Mars will stay here. Trust me, I’ll be with you the whole time.” Luka whispers. “No. Go. I’ll be fine.” I say. I’m not going to let Mars miss out on this, he’s trained for it, he’s been looking forward to it. I’ve just been sitting here watching him the whole time. I don’t want to get in the way. It will hurt him. I can’t hurt Mars. Luka’s face loses it’s expression. “Okay… can you, go to human?” Luka whispers very low. I nod and shift to human form. He does the same. The whole pack watch our every movement, especially Mars. “Alyson, if I don’t come back...” “You better come back. Or I’ll slaughter Mika.” I cut him off. He smiles and he takes my hand. My blood boils as I know that Mars’ patience with this must be short. “Alyson, I just want to let you know that I love you.” Luka says. My blood is as hot as lava by now. He looks at my lips then he kissed me, in front of the whole pack, in front of Mars. He pulled away and smiled then walked away. “Let’s go guys!” He said and shifted to wolf form and ran away, followed by most of the pack. Mars stayed back a little to look at me. “Really?” He said. “What can I do about it? I told him this wouldn’t work out.” I say. “No you didn’t…” he said. “I did. But it didn’t come out right. Mars, please believe me.” I whine. He stands up and turns around. “Mars please… i…” he looks at me with ears up. “I love you.” I say. His tail wags. I look around then sniff the air. “Can I come with you?” I ask and shift to wolf form. He trots to me and licks me. “Come on, Ally Cat.” He laughs and starts to run. I follow him with a smile.

Mars took me straight to Mika and Luka. Luka was pinned down and Mika was on him with a snarl. I forced a jump and pushed him right off. Mika and I tumbled down a hill. When we reached the bottom of the hill, I stood straight up in a limp but snarled at Mika. His wolf form was white… with a blue glow, and pure black eyes. He stood up and jumped at me and tried to get to my throat. I motioned backwards and ripped his eye. I could see blood staining his perfect white fur. I laughed in my mind. “What are you doing here, girl?” Mika said. He stood straight up and walked around me with his tail rubbing my body. “Omegas shouldn’t interfere with alpha fights.” He said. “Who said I was an omega? Also, who said this was a full alpha fight?” I laughed at him. “Plus, who said I would fight a pretty girl like you? Luka’s been talking a lot about you. He really likes you. Too bad that you won’t see him again after I’m done with you. Alyson is it?” He asks. I bite his muzzle when he gets a little too close to me. I went at him fully and claws and sliced at him. Blood spread everywhere and maybe one of his eyes. “You’re strong.” He smiled. “I’ll promise you I will wipe that smile off your face. I’m not afraid.” I growl and raise my paw in the air and bring it down on Mika’s back. He yelped loud and backed up fast. “Fine… you… you win this round…” He said and growled as he ran, with a limp.

I walked back up the hill to see Mars sitting there with the world’s largest smile. I limped to him and sat. He licked my wounds and I looked around for Luka. The beta wolf, Kiva, ran to me. I looked at her and she was crying. “Luka’s missing.” She said.
