Jessi was in the mood to dance all night long. Dancing was her real passion, outside of photography, and her way of relaxing, which she didn't do very often. When she was dancing, whether it was line dancing, salsa, or belly dancing, she was able to push all her fears, worries, and troubles away.

However, that was not the case tonight. She had danced salsa with one dark, gorgeous, mysterious man, named Josue, who refused to answer questions about himself. He stood about five foot eleven inches and was of Hispanic origin. He still had the darker complexion and black hair of a Hispanic, but it was his eyes that said otherwise. His eyes were an emerald green and many times Jessi felt hypnotized by them.
After the dance, he began to follow her around the bar like a puppy. At first she was okay with his company, but very quickly he became arrogant, jealous, and demanding of her.
Jessi looked around the room, hoping to find a knight in shining armor. She spotted not one knight, but a table of five that had been there almost as long as she had.
Turning to the overbearing Josue she said, "I've really enjoyed your company tonight but my boyfriend and his friends just came in. See you around." She swung her feet around and slid off the barstool, hoping he didn't realize how long the table of men had been sitting.
"You didn't say anything about a boyfriend earlier when you were rubbing all over me," he growled as he grabbed her arm and spun her around to face him.
She tried to shrug off his grip, causing him to tighten his fingers around her arm. She knew she would have bruises tomorrow as her blue topaz colored eyes filled with tears from the pain. "Why don't you come with me and I'll introduce you. There are a couple extra chairs so I'm sure they won't mind if you join them tonight."
Josue's bright green eyes stared down at her, making her even more nervous. "Okay," he said releasing her arm.
She winced and rubbed her arm. She gave him a fake smile as they walked over to the table. She only hoped the five men would play along.
