Chapter Six
I knew I had to write back to Austen but I kept deleting everything I wrote, thinking I sounded to flirty or a creeper. So when I finally figured out what I was going to write I clicked send automatically.
Hi Austen! J I had fun today too… I was surprised I did it actually. I never thought I would fall that hard either. But whatev’s, and ya, I’ll have lunch with u. J <3 ;) :*
I close my laptop after logging into Facebook and checking my notifications and commenting on some random ass stuff. Checking my farm town and harvesting all my crops.
“Hunny?” Mom knocks on the door.
“What?”
“Dinner will be ready in fifteen minutes.” She tells me.
“Okay?”
“You okay?”
“Yea, great.” I fake a smile, but it makes me laugh.
“Weirdo.” She walks away.
I wait until I know she’s away and laugh my ass off because if she saw that I was on my laptop she would have tired to peak at what I was doing. Thank God for pass code locks.
As I’m laying on my bed I quickly roll onto my back and stretch, sprawling out and almost knocking over my laptop. I jump up and look around like a curious little puppy dog. What should I do? I ask myself.
I walk into my bathroom, brush out my hair and splash water on my face. I apply some makeup again and check my phone. As I do a call comes in from an unknown number.
“Hello?” I answer.
“Lily? Its Austen, what’s up?”
I cover the phone to my chest and I jump up and down and try not to scream. I was so surprised and happy.
“I’m not really doing anything, dinner’s in ten minutes so-”
“We should go out to dinner. You and I.” Austen whispers in a sexy tone.
“ Where would we go?” I whisper.
“Wherever you want baby.”
Baby? Baby, what is he… He must like me!“Just come and pick me up and wherever we go is fine.”
“Sure thing. I will pick you up soon.” And he hangs up.
OH SHIT! He’s going to be here in a few minutes and I still have to get all pretty!
“What’s the problem?” My brother asks from the door stretching.
“I have a date.” I rush.
“With your crusher?”
“Isn’t it crush-ie?”
“I don’t know. Whatever.”
