.................. The rest of the morning we spent in and out of stores, Jenna picking up something special for a treat for Carter from Victoria’s secret. She was so head over heels in love with him it was sweet. We walked toward the food court in the Mall Carter was standing with Ryan by the Noodle place.
“You said 1” Carter moaned “its 1.15”
“They were slow packing up the stuff from your favorite store” Jenna smirked holding up the bag from Victoria’s secret.
“Oh Jeez” Ryan pulled a face
“Oh shush… Izzy got some stuff from there as well” Ryan looked at me as I glared at Jenna.
“How was shopping with my sister?” he chuckled
“Not so bad I survived and we had a girly chat” I shrugged.
“Oh talking of that” Jenna grabbed her brothers arm and pulled him away from us Carter.
“So you enjoyed the party then?” he said as we sat down.
“It was a blast” I nodded “a little confusing but a blast”
“What was confusing?”
“Nothing I’m sure Jenna will fill you in on it” I ran my hand through my hair………………..
………………… “Ow Jenna” Ryan swatted her as she let go of his arm.
“You kissed Izzy” she hissed “you and Landon both kissed her last night”
“Landon kissed her”
“Yes Landon kissed her” she tipped her head looks like you and he are going to bump heads over her” Jenna leant on the wall.
“I didn’t kiss her” he shrugged “I wanted to but I didn’t”
“Hey guys” Landon walked over
“You kissed Izzy?” Ryan held out his arms.
“Yeah and so did you” Landon protested “Dude I think we need to talk about this”
“I didn’t kiss her”
“You didn’t so who the hell did”
“Henry disappeared for a while” Jenna chewed the inside of her lip.
“No he was making out with Carters sister” Landon said shaking his head.
“Look I’m hungry we can try to figure this out later” Jenna linked both of their arms. “But if you’re going to go after Izzy then at least give her time to settle in”
“I am I said she had till Homecoming” Landon laughed.
“Dude no fair I really like her” Ryan pouted.
“And what would your Mom say to living for a year under the same roof as your girlfriend” Landon pointed out
“Hmm I hadn’t thought about that?”
“And anyway my sister is coming home this weekend” Ryan’s attention turned and he looked at Landon. “She’s got a job in town and she’s going to school online”
“What about the dick?” Jenna laughed as they all sat with me and Carter.
“She finally saw sense and dumped his ass” Landon smiled “well it was either that or I was going down there to beat the living shit out of him” I looked lost at the conversation that was going on “but that’s another story” He smiled at me “Hey Izzy”
“Hi” I felt a little uncomfortable as I was sitting here with Ryan and Landon the two guys I’m pretty sure that had kissed me the night before.
“So when… what time?” Ryan grinned
“I don’t know when she gets there” Landon laughed Jenna pulled me up.
“Let’s get some food” I walked with her.
“OMG Landon looks like he wants to eat you for lunch” she giggled.
“Yeah well it feels a little awkward with him and Ryan here” I groaned as I ordered food.
“Oh well I think Ryan is going to be occupied” she whispered as the three guys walked in talking football, I shot her a look “It wasn’t him”
“What?”
“It wasn’t Ryan that kissed you last night… maybe it was Landon both times” I shook my head.
“What was me?” Landon put his arms round me and Jenna.
“Nothing” Both Jenna and I said at the same time. My phone started to ring saved by the bell. I ducked from under his arm and stepped to the side.
Me * Oi mamãe
Mom * Oi Mel, I ' m sorry que eu não consegui esperar com você no aeroporto
Me * Há problema. Oh e Jamie e Bryn estão bem, falei a ambos. eles deixaram ontem à noite para o Afeganistão
Mom * Então como é tudo lá com você?
Me * interessante até agora, mas a escola não começou ainda
Mom * Pai mencionado um par de meninos
Me * Não é nada... Pai s louco... Olha eu estou prestes a comer o almoço com amigos chamar-me mais tarde

I hung up the phone.
“Okay can you just please whisper something to me in my ear in whatever you were just speaking?” Landon groaned making me laugh.
“I’ll think of something” I smirked as Jenna handed me my tray.
“So what were you talking this time?” Carter asked as we all sat back down.
“Portuguese it was my Mom” I took a fork full of food realizing how hungry I was.
“So you’re really good at languages then” Ryan butted in.
“I guess so” I nodded “But it helps having a parent that’s Brazilian and living in a foreign country”
“And again the Military life doesn’t appeal to you”
“It’s not that it doesn’t I can pretty much settle in any country I’m in it’s the difference in what we wanted” I shrugged.
“Okay what did we miss?” Ryan smirked looking between me and Jenna.
“Nothing it was a girly conversation” Jenna poked her tongue out at him
“Oh so unfair we always miss the best conversations” Carter smiled putting his arm round the back of Jenna’s chair.
“Okay it was about planes if you must know” Jenna shrugged not looking at me I smiled and looked down
“Planes?” Landon pulled a face. I got up from the table and picked up my tray and put it away before bending my head to Landon’s ear.
“Sim aviões... Quão grande é seu jato? e quão bom é o vôo?” I breathed in his ear……………………………
