................................ I walked back into the kitchen with Sam as Sean came back in to get his Keys.

“I’m taking Eli to the Emergency room” He said.

“Take him to the vets and get in neutered instead” I said through my teeth as Sam started to clean up my hand again.

‘Down girl” Wes said coming in the kitchen and stroking my head I looked at him.

“Guys can you give me 5 minutes please” I said Sean walked out Wes grabbed some chips from the cupboard and went back in to the living room Sam opened his medical kit and started putting they butterflies on my hand

“Well that was and experience” he said glancing up at me.

“I’m sorry I shouldn’t have behaved myself” I shrugged. “But that fight had been coming”.

“You fight with all your friends like that” He said finishing with the butterflies and putting a dressing pad on it and start to bandage it.

“If they piss me off to a certain point then yes” I nodded “I’ve got into fist flying fights before now with Jordan”. He taped the bandage.

“There you go” he sighed. “If it helps it think you looked amazing and beautiful the other night” I looked at him. “I wanted to leave my uniform and go to the dance with you”.

“You know the right things to say at least” I smiled “I’m really sorry you had to…” he cut me off.

“Stop being sorry, It takes more than seeing you fighting with a friend to turn me off” he said moving in to kiss me. “At least you’re not one of these girls that needs a guy to fight her battles for her”

“She’ll probably fight yours’ for you’ Libby giggled walking in and grabbing some soda’s from the fridge.

“Out” I shouted at her.

“You want me to take you to the E.R. to get your hand seen to”

“No I’ll go in the morning” I smiled “You want to go watch a movie or do you want to go home”.

“I’ll watch a movie if that’s okay” I nodded.

“What’s the Tattoo by the way” I asked getting off the stool.

“You want to see it” he smiled “it’s a big one” he asked as Brandon walked in the kitchen.

“Oh wrong time to walk in” he laughed stopping in his tracks and turning round and walking back out of the kitchen.

“So like I said you want to see it” he winked .

“Sure, how can a girl say no to something like that” Sam pulled off his shirt “Wow” I sighed and I wasn’t looking at his tattoo this guy was ripped you could grate cheese on his abs, he turned round and there was a tribal black phoenix across his shoulders with lames going down his arms to mid bicep.

“You were right it is big” I said looking at it “wait there a minute don’t move don’t get dressed” I walked into the living room where the others were all watching a movie. I taped Allie and Libby on the shoulder and leant in between them. “Okay I have Sam in the kitchen half naked you have to come see this” I whispered Allie and Libby jumped up like the couch was on fire and headed for the kitchen at 90 miles and hour both of them getting to the door at the same time and got wedged in the frame I groaned and shook my head talk about being obvious.

“Nice tattoo” Libby said managing to get through the door and looking at Sam’s back as he was tiding the medical stuff up Sam looked round at them.

“Thank you” he laughed “Mallory you mind if I put my shirt back on” He smirked.

“I guess if you’re cold you can” I sighed not wanting him to I could look at him all night Allie walked back past me stopping to whisper something to me.

“You’re thinking about him naked right now aren’t you”

“Hell yeah” I winked at her. I finished helping with all the medical stuff and we went into the living room and sat watching the rest of the movie. Sean got back a couple of hours later without Eli.

“So what happened to him’’ Libby asked.

“He’s been taken to surgery he’s busted 4 of his knuckles” Sean shrugged “He’s not happy at all” Sean glanced across at me.

“He should watch where he’s going shouldn’t” I shrugged. “You want to go somewhere quieter” I asked feeling uncomfortable about the conversation going back to Eli” I got off the couch and led him up to my room. Sam sat on the bed.

“People might talk” he said as I pushed in a movie.

“Let them” I shrugged “I just wanted to get to know you some more, and maybe get another one of those kisses you do so well”.

“I think I can do that” he leaned forward as I sat on the bed and kissed me holding my face in his hands. I needed to totally block Eli out of my mind, I needed to feel like I was a girl and not just one of the guys.

I pulled Sam down till he moved so he was lay next to me on the bed. He leant on one arm and looked at me.

“What” I said feeling a little uncomfortable.

“Nothing I was wondering where we were going” I pulled a face.

“With the storm going on like it is I’m going nowhere”

“I meant us. I know I’ve only just met you and got to know you… but you’re so cool even if you have a mean temper” he laughed.

“I’d like to see you again” I shrugged.

“How about I take you to the game tomorrow” he suggested I nodded.

“Okay but you can’t wear any of your old school stuff” I grinned.

“Aw no fair” he laughed.

“You’re going to be sitting with a bunch of guys from East”

‘Good point” he moved closer to me bringing his lips back to mine.

I felt his tongue pushing it way between my lips fighting with my own the kiss got deeper and more passionate the longer it went on he pulled back both of us slightly breathless my heart was racing he bent his head again dropping little light kisses along my jaw bone to just below my ear a moan escaped from my lips as he nibbles lightly down the side of my neck making me gasp as his thumb stroked just under my top rubbing along my hip bone I felt like I was tingling all over as he moved so he was holding his weight over me and kissed me full on the lips again. Hell if this is what it felt like being a girl then I’ll sell my snowmobile and all my other things like that and were a skirt every day…………………………….
