The only way i can go is up now

.......................... Things got better over the next week but I was trying to make up for the night Drew went AWOL with Cassie I was working hard it was the Friday morning I was sitting at the desk in the office typing up some paper work when Cassie walked in with Leah.

‘Okay I’m forcing you in to taking a break” she grinned as I looked up from the screen. “Were all heading to the dress store for Leah to pick out a wedding gown”?

“I’m almost done I can meet you there” I smiled.

‘No… those aren’t due out till next week so they can wait till Monday” She leaned over and turned off the monitor. “You’re driving Leah”.

“I was supposed to be going to the airport to pick…” Cassie held up her hands

“Trent and Matt are going with Drew to pick up everyone” She handed me my purse “Joe’s letting them off work early and I need to go pick up Tori from her friends” I got up from the desk and pulled my keys from my bag.

“Looks like we have our orders” I grinned walking out to my car with Leah.

“Everything good with you and Drew now” she said as I took the roof back and started the engine.

“Yeah I even spoke to Sabrina on the phone a couple of nights ago” I shrugged picking up my I-pod and flicking through the songs “She seems okay. So where are we heading” she handed me the address as I hit play and cranked up the music Nickelback’s “Burn it to the ground” blasted out before we hit the bottom of the drive we were both singing along. The heads turned as we drove through town it felt good again to be relaxed. We pulled up at the store with the end of The Black Eyed Peas I’ve got a feelingblasting out I turned off the engine and looked at her.

“I hope to good we never have to do a Karaoke” Leah laughed.

“I know we’ll never make it singing” I giggled as we walked in to the store my phone rang I pulled it out of my bag.

Drew * hey you, where are you.

Me * in a wedding gown store.

Drew * with Leah..

Me * well I wouldn’t be in here otherwise.

Drew * true, I grabbed the your green dress from the dry cleaners.

Me * okay why.

Drew * I was hoping you’d wear it for dinner tonight.

Me * I got a new one yesterday from Victoria’s Secret again.

Drew * oooo did you get anything else.

Me * okay down boy I told you last night but you we’re to busy yelling at the game on the TV with the guys.

Drew * damn sports.

Me * I promise you’ll love the dress and the other things I got as well, I need to go I love you

Drew * love you too baby.

I hung up and caught up to where Leah was looking through dresses she picked out a few to try on I sat down in a chair and flicked through a magazine while she went to try them on. Leah came out I bit my lip trying not to laugh.

“I look like a cupcake” she groaned as I burst out laughing.

“I didn’t want to say it in case you liked it but you look like you’re 9 months pregnant” I said shaking my head.

“Gee thank” Leah smirked “I’d like to see you in some of these”.

"I’m, not the bride” I said sticking out my tongue. Tori ran in to the store and jumped on my lap she looked at Leah as Cassie came in.

“Leah you look like a fairy princess” Tori said her eyes almost on stalks.

‘Thank you sweetie” Tory smiled “But I think I need to try on some others” after 2 hours and 14 dress we still hadn’t found the right one we all walked out of the store”.

“I’m sick of the sight of wedding gowns” she sighed leaning on the hood of my car.

“You’ll have to find one quick it’s only 4 weeks to the wedding” Cassie said fastening Tori in to her car seat.

“I know” Leah nodded “she looked at me we’ll have to find another store next week”

“Okay” I smiled.

“Girls I’ll see you at the restaurant tonight” Cassie called out as she got in her car we both waved as she pulled away.

“Come on I’ll take you home” I said as we got in my car.

“Can we sing again” she said picking up my I-pod.

“Of course” I grinned pulling away……………………….

………………… I walked in to pour house B was sitting in the living room painting her toenails.

‘Hey” she smiled.

“Hey” I flopped on the couch next to here “The guys not back yet”.

“Matt called they’ll be half an hour” I nodded.

“I’d better go get in the shower” I said getting up. “You should have seen some of the gowns Leah tried on today” I laughed throwing her my camera from my purse “Take a look” I walked into the bathroom and showered Bryony came into me once I was out and dried and putting on my makeup.

“They have to be the worst wedding dresses ever” she smirked.

“Tell me about it” I laughed “2 hrs of hell next time you’re coming with us” we heard the front door close.

“Hey Honey’s we’re home” Matt shouted B walked out of the bathroom as Drew walked in.

“Looks like I got home just in time” he grinned looking at me in the mirror in just my underwear.

“Yeah in time to have a shower and to change” I laughed as he slid his hands round me from behind putting his hand flat on my stomach and pulling me back into him. “Oh you have to stop or we’ll never get out tonight” I said as he kissed just below my ear.

“Aw” he pouted.

“You have a dinner to make up for missing or Cassie will rip you to pieces and feed you to the gulls” I said turning round in his arms and putting my arms round his neck and kissing him “You get to bring me home though and then you’ll get to…” the bedroom door knocked I started to giggle.

“Son of a… “ he sighed moving away from me “You’ll have to get it while I go in a cold shower” he groaned I grabbed my robe and threw it on before opening my bedroom door hearing a yelp from Drew as he stepped under the cold water.

“Drew left this on the dining room table Matt grinned holding out the dry cleaning bag.

‘You’re going to get your ass kicked you knew what he wanted didn’t you” I said with my hands on my hips.

‘Autumn he’s Ben like a Dog after a bone since I heard him mention Victoria’s Secret” I slapped his round the head.

“You’re mean”.

“All good fun” Matt shrugged hurry and get dressed we have people here.

“okay” I closed the door in his face and walked to my closet and hung up my green dress and pulled outmy new one and slipped it on with the Shoes I knew Drew loved me in with the 4 inch heels and opened the bathroom door to check out my reflection as Drew stepped out of the shower.
