Six years have gone by and Pepper is 10 years old now her mother left last year and she hasn't seen her since. Tom was keeping her happy with drugs and booze and giving her money when she wanted it but I guess that wasn't enough. Pepper doesn't miss her mom and the only thing she ever did for her daughter was teach her how to read and write at age 7. Now years later Pepper is reading and writing whenever she can and she also is a very good hand to hand combat fighter for her age.

Pepper knows nothing of being around kids her own age or really of the outside world, she's always around adults mostly men. Some of Tom's friends would look at Pepper with lust in there eyes and when she was 8 one of his friends tried to touch her inappropriately. Tom walked in on it and grabed the guy breaking his arm and beating him so severe that he almost died. After that none of Tom's friends ever looked at Pepper that way again.

Tom taught her how to shoot and fight with a knife at age 9 and she practice's that along with hand to hand combat fighting every day 5 to 8 hours a day. Pepper thinks of Tom as a father figure but is also a little afraid of him because she knows how he makes his money. Pepper also knows that Tom is a dangerous person and that he's making her out to be one as well.
