chapter 1 the choosing ceromony

every 4 years the tiny village was plagued by male werewolves looking for mates among the village females. this timetomorow it would be happening again and the women would have to put on their best clothes and stand in a line for the men to inspect them. there was only one person who hated the thought of women being brought and sold like cattle. the males of the village had to hide them selves away because the werewolf men were like possesive alpha males who growled when human men were around the women. so the men stayed hidden for the week and only one female who wanted to hide away with the men, but she had to join the other women.

Kati was an alpha female in her own right. she had a temper to rivel the vampires and she was incredibly stubburn. she protested that she needed to stay behind and help her dad with the shop but her mum was having none of it and told her that she had to take part or she would not be able to visit her best friends Sophie and Sushma.

the choosing ceromony was basicaly where the women were inspected by the men to see if they had what they wanted for their future children and for their future life with them. Kati was standing in the line looking at the ground when she saw a pair of booted feet stop in front of her. she got the feeling that he was looking at her. she expected the man to walk away but instead he spoke to her. his voice was deep and husky and commanding. she looked up at him and was very suprised, the man in front was about her age, maybe a few years older and he had the darkest lue eyes possible while still having blue eyes. she saw a hint of stubble on his jaw and it made him look drop dead gorgous.
