Then I recognized him. He was one of the men at the party Alex had raped me at. I knew that if he recognized me he would tell Alex. I wasn't sure which was worse...going back to Alex or staying with him.
He grabbed me by my hair and dragged me over to a cage that was sitting in one of the corners of the room. I hadn't seen it before. It was large enough for me to sit up inside, and if I curled up I would have been able to lay down. He opened the door and pushed my body inside, forcing the door closed. He then locked it so I wouldn't be able to get out.
"Go to sleep, you stupid slut!" he said angrily as he walked back over to his couch. He turned off the small lamp that was sitting on the floor near the couch and then layed down.
I tried to hold back my tears as I layed in that uncomfortable position. I couldn't sleep, and I was too afraid to scream for help.
He didn't wake up till noon the next day, and that was only because some one was knocking on his door. He covered the cage with a blanket and told me that if I made a sound he'd slit my throat.
I heard him answer the door and then I heard the most dreadful sound I would ever hear. I heard Alex asking if he had seen the girl in a picture he was holding. I had a feeling he was talking about me, but I wondered how he had gotten a picture of me.
"She's yours? I caught the little bitch sleepin' on my couch last night. She's over here." I heard the man who was keeping me in the cage say as he led Alex over to me. He took the blanket off the cage and started to unlock the lock.
"No. Keep her in there," Alex said as he stared coldly at me.
"Huh?" the man asked as he looked at Alex confused.
"Help me get this cage out to my truck." Alex said.
They picked the cage up, with me still in it, and carried it out to Alex's truck. They put me in the back, and then attached the blanket to cage so no one would see that I was in there. I was too afraid to say anything to Alex, even though I knew it would make him less mad at me. I heard them get into the truck, and then I felt the truck moving. I didn't know where they were taking me, I jsut knew that it was going to be bad.
