The next morning I got up at 7 like I always did. After doing ruitine things to get ready for the day and changing into my jogging clothes, I wrote a note for my parents telling them I would be back by 10.
I grabbed the bag that I always took with me when I jogged and headed out the door. The small bag contained my drawing journal, a few drawing pencils, my proffessional camera, and of course my water bottle.
I started to job around the lake and stopped every once in a while to take a picture and get a drink.
Once I found a good spot, I sat down against a tree and took out my drawing pad. At first I wasn't sure what I should draw, but then I saw him. The cute boy from the lake was playing frisby with his golden retriever not to far from where I was sitting. I took out my camera and snapped a few pictures and then started to draw.
I had almost finished the picture when the dog came running up to me. I giggled and pet him as he licked my face. Then I noticed a piece of paper tied to his collar. I took it off to see what it said.
'Hey I'm Alex, what's your name pretty lady?' The handwritting was neat, and easy to read. I looked up and saw him leaning agianst a tree looking at me a couple yards away.
I tried to hide my smile as I wrote my response underneath his writing. 'I'm sorry Alex, I was told never to pass notes with strangers. Thank you for the compliment though.'
As the dog ran back to his owner with my response I put all my things away.
"Well then I guess we will have to stop passing notes," Alex said as he sat down on the grass in front of me.
I laughed a little.
"So are you going to tell me your name?" he asked with a sly smile on his face.
I shook my head no, trying to hide my smile.
"Why's that?" he asked.
"I was told never to talk to strangers either," I replied still trying to hide back a smile.
"Well if I knew your name we wouldn't be strangers. We would be aquantences," he replied as he leaned his upper body towards me a little.
"I suppose that's true," I said while I leaned forward a little bit as well.
"So what is it?" he asked as he leaned so close to me that our lips were almost touching.
"Kasey," I replied as I stared into his deep blue eyes. He was so gorgeous!
"Kasey may I kiss you?" he asked seductively.
"I think I would need to get to know you a little more before I give you my first kiss," I said shyly
"Well, I'm 18 years old. My name is Alex. I'm only child, and I really want to kiss you..." he said as he stared deeply into my eyes. "May I?"
I blushed and nodded my head. He leaned closer until our lips met. He pushed me gently against theĀ tree and continued to passionately kiss me. It seemed to last for forever, and the whole time I was enjoying it.
When the kiss ended he took my hand gently and helped me to my feet. I was light headed and was probably smiling like an idiot, but I didn't care. He picked up my bag for me and wrapped his arm around my shoulders.
"May I walk you home miss?" he asked as he looked down at me.
I giggled and said, "Yes you may!"
We walked like this all the way back to my cabin. His dog followed behind us the entire way, obediantly.
