So these are my thoughts of the moment- 'Holiday break is over and I had such a great Christmas. I was completely bored out of my mind. I didn't hang out with anyone! My parents tell me that everyone is seeing their families and don't have time. Yeah, ok. I see all these people on Facebook with their pictures of their friends having a good ol' time. My friends have their pictures on there too. And I'm like, "Yay wasn't invited to that too!" They really are my friends but I have so many in different groups that I never know who to hang out with. I'm not popular or anything. I'm actually a complete nerd. Things are just complicated. Apparently my bff 'twin sister' Tara is going through the same thing- Friends at school, none at home. We were gonna hang out, but she got sick. We went to Catholic school together, but then we both switched to public around middle school age. And even though we live right near one another, the township decided the busy street between us would be the boundary for our schools. So we are separated. And the thing is, our moms hang out more than we do! It's so stupid. Anyway, I would have hung out with some younger friends of mine, but I couldn't. My parents' back hurt or my brothers would get sick or we would see my younger cousins and that restrained me from seeing my friends. I texted them a little but one never responds and I never know what to talk about. I mean, I messaged my one friend a bit, but I feel like I'm always embarrassing myself when I talk to him. I am just really weird, yet I have friends...who knows? He is a gamer and nerd too, but he has popular friends. One of them is nice and we talk sometimes but I don't know. They have parties and stuff and I don't belong there. He's not invited to all of them but he is to some. Whatever. He has more of a life than me. Let's just say, all those stupid stereotypes of high school and friends stuff is actually happening. I do get to see people at swim team and since my brother is a senior I go hang out with the people after meets but that doesn't count. My friends don't go out much. Ugh. Teen life struggles. Haha-so dumb. So finally, to the point. Tomorrow everyone will be talking about the fun they had over break and I will not be part of it. They will say, "So what did you do over Christmas break!?" "Well, Um, I played minecraft. -A lot."'
