I screamed

I yelled

I ran

but I went no where

my nightmare

was still there

I now know

that it

is not

leaving me alone

this monster

that haunts my dreams

no longer haunt my reality

he broke my heart

he picked all the pieces

except 1

the one that i still hold

I will never forget him

because he tortures

my heart and soul

but i think

now that I

have moved on

and can get

the pieces to my heart

back

and keep them forever

and never lose them

again
