My world without you...

My World Without You

The ashes have fallen,

Around the floor of misery.

The attempt to touch your softness,

Lured with the world's emptiness.

Loneliness traces a finger across my cheek,

Making His way down my spine,

And into my veins.

I embrace His touch,

Without a second thought.

This is my life now,

Everyday anew,

This is my life now,

A world without you.
