Taken
Chasing the hope,
The hope that he took.
As he took the hope,
The depression consumed.
My dignity…
Gone.
Taken.
He took it all.
I now have no hope.
The dignity is nowhere to be found.
Stolen from me.
The pain he left…
Leaving a gaping, black hole,
A gaping hole filled with lonely, hopless fear.
I still feel you around me,
I still love you.
I hurt you,
I made you bleed,
I made you hurt.
Cry…
The call comes,
You are gone…
Gone forever.
You are still with me,
All around me.
I want to touch you,
Feel you on my fingertips.
The fire rising through me,
I don't want to be alive anymore.
I don't want to hold on to this feeling…
You said you would never leave me,
I belived your lies…
Your horrible lies…
I cry,
And grab the blade.
I did it,
The river flows,
A red river.
I begin to fade into our secret place,
Where we used to go…
Just us.
The light is white,
Beautiful white light…
It consumes me.
I see you…
Do you still love me?
Or am I hopeless even in death…
The light fades…
Darkness.
Still hopeless,
Still no dignity.
Just empty…
Black,
Death.
